HELLO GUYS, TODAY I WILL EXPLAIN OUR RULE OF "NO CAPS"!
In all seriousness, I think this rule has been a pretty confusing one. Sometimes we're extra strict when someone uses caps, sometimes we let it be. Sometimes higher ranks use caps and staff doesn't do anything about it, but when a player does, everyone gets on them. It's a very long standing issue I'll try to address now.

So, in chat you can use caps if:

    • In excitement.
    • In a reaction.
    • In a single sentence.

    You can't use caps if:

    • To rage at someone.
    • To argument.
    • To spam.
    • To catch someones attention.
    • After doing it once.
    Here's a quick example:

    Correct:

    Me: OMG I DIED! :C
Me: and I lost all of my items. So sad.
Me: Anyone want to help me make up for it?

I used it once here, in a reaction to me dying.

    Wrong:

    Me: MOD PLEASE HELP ME
    Me: HELLO MODDDD
    Mod: Stop the caps!

I used caps to yell for attention, thus annoying other players, I used it twice, so I pretty much spammed. This is wrong. It not only frustrate other players, but also other moderators.

Note: Don't use this to abuse the chat. When you do it often, staff are going to be on you for spamming caps. It's annoying, and you don't have to spam it to get someones attention.

    Thanks!
