1 it would cost over $300 per sheet of glass used on the hexagonal panel.
2 LEDS wont be able to be seen in the day
3 Glass dont have any friction when its wet.
4 Glass, even tempered glass, will erode away, and tempered glass only needs a tiny piece of porcelain to hit it and it smashes.
5 Tyres, made of rubber, and smashed glass sound good to you,
5 SIlicon Dioxide poisoning from all the tiny eroded pieces of glass in the air.
6 DC power instead of AC power.
7 Vandals stealing all the 100000000 tonnes of copper wires...

Thanks for ruining some peoples dreams D:
Hes actually got a point Pigman, this project may be the best thing people can come up with, but in the end, its almost impossible.

Thats alot of roads they want to replace, and to note: GET WORKING quick enough to restore normal life on the roads. Alot of roads will get shut off, people will complain, people complaining, protests and alot of other things to force the goverment to cancel the project.

Plus, the video has received alot of hate regarding this almost impossible project.

Im all for it, if it wasnt seeming like a impossible project that probally wont work as well and also recieving alot of hate.

Tom, silicon dioxide poisoning is when tiny bits of glass shatter one by one, and are breathed in, imagine how much glass would be eroded and produce dust.
